Information about withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the
goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under a single
order and these were delivered simultaneously;

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last
goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under one
order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision
to withdraw from this agreement. You can do this by email:

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but
this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the
exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you,
 including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your
choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us),
immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original
transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will
this refund incur any additional costs for you.

We may refuse to refund until we:
● have received the returned goods, or
● you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this
loss in value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is
necessary to determine their nature, properties, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

● for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured
based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
● for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited
shelf life;
● for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed in the
contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the
contract and whose value depends on
market fluctuations;
● for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of
subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of agreements:

● for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene
reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
● for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
● for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in
sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The return address on our packages is not our address for returns. Upon request,
you will receive our return address by email.
